This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Update: Nick from corporate rang me and completely resolved the situation in a timely fashion. This level of customer support goes along way and turned this review from a 1 star to 5 star. Instead of losing a customer theyβve now kept one. I recently had a disappointing experience and attempted to contact someone regarding the issue, but unfortunately, no one has been able to provide a resolution. I have visited this location multiple times and have consistently found the protein portions to be smaller than expected, so I typically order extra protein. During my most recent visit, I checked my bowl in the store to confirm that the additional protein had been included, but the portion did not appear to reflect an extra serving. When I raised the concern with the employee, I was assured that the extra protein had been provided, but I was told that nothing could be done about the issue. After returning home, I weighed the protein portions. The two servings of chicken together weighed only 1.9 ounces, while the tuna weighed 1.6 ounces. Given that the bowl cost more than $20, I found these portions to be extremely disappointing. I would also expect a double serving of chicken to weigh

I ordered through Uber Eats, and the food was fresh and delicious. My only complaint is the portion size. There was very little tuna and salmon in my poke bowl, the toppings were very light, and even the rice portion was smaller than expected. For a bowl that cost about $20, I expected a much more better serving. The photo is after everything was mixed together because I was trying to find the fish pieces. In total, there were only about seven small pieces of tuna and salmon combined, which was really disappointing. If they added a bit more protein, toppings, and rice, it would definitely be worth the price. The flavor was great, I just wish the portions matched the quality of the food.

Fyre Fest level catfishing happening with online orders. This photo was taken immediately after opening the box. There is no char on the chicken, greens are not fresh & smaller portion, and the mac does not have any garnish.

Alisha were super nice and excellent!!! Great portions. Edit: 3rd time coming here and it was the stingiest portion sizing iβve ever seen (friday night). the lady there (think her name was linda?) had the smallest scoops iβve ever experienced at a poke shop. when she was scooping the salmon, she rubbed the scoop against the walls of the bowl and i saw three pieces fall back in the container. really weird experience

Alisha was quick and and helpful while building my bowl. Highly recommend for a quick lunch stop! Update: I had to update to a 1 unfortunately. I got the single protein option and portions were ridiculously small for a bowl I ended upup paying $14. Service was great, but there is no way it is ever worth this much for a tofu bowl
